GENERAL PERFUME QUESTIONS
How strong are you perfumes?
Our perfumes sit at about 25% fragrance concentration, which qualifies as Parfum/Extrait strength. We prefer making perfumes on the stronger side, because you can always tone them down at home, but making a weak perfume stronger usually means using half the bottle at once. We’d rather save you the trouble (and the cost).
Are your perfumes gendered?
Nope! Scent doesn’t have a gender. Anyone should feel free to wear whatever suits their mood, style, or current character arc. Instead of labeling by gender, we organize our fragrances into families and subfamilies to help you explore by vibe, not by stereotype.
Are your perfumes “perfume oils”?
No, our perfumes are alcohol-based, not oil-based.
We blend at around 25% fragrance concentration in alcohol, which puts us in Parfum/Extrait territory.
Perfume oils use a carrier oil (like jojoba) instead of alcohol. We use alcohol so the scent can bloom, project, and develop more dramatically on the skin.
How long do your perfumes last?
Longevity depends on your skin chemistry, climate, and application, but our Parfum/Extrait concentration means you’re getting something that sticks around. Sprays tend to project more, while oils (when we offer them) wear closer with a slow burn. Most folks report 5 to 8+ hours, sometimes longer on clothing.

What about your cuticle oils? And how do you use them?
Our cuticle oil is a nourishing blend designed to keep nails and cuticles hydrated, smooth, and less prone to peeling or splitting. It absorbs quickly and won’t leave you greasy.
Brush it onto clean cuticles and massage gently into the nail beds. Use daily for best results, or whenever your hands look like they’ve fought a desert wind dragon.
What’s your car air freshener? And how long do they last?
Oh! You've met Little Laddie! He is the glass skull holds the fragrance oil that will liven up your car!
It’s a long-lasting, scented card designed to make your car smell less like “commuter despair” and more like an aromatic adventure. Hang it from your rearview or stash it anywhere you want scented vibes.
Strength varies with airflow and temperature, but expect the first week to be bold with a gradual fade. Most customers report 3–6 weeks of noticeable scent depending on climate and usage.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! We’ve created custom scents for weddings, cosplay commissions, subscription boxes, TTRPG characters, and other delightful rabbit holes. If you have an idea, tell us your vision and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

PRECESSING AND SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship throughout the United States and to many international destinations.
However, due to GPSR regulations, the European Union is currently off-limits for fragrance shipments. We’re working on the compliance side, so keep an eye out for updates.
How long is your processing time?
Our current processing time is about 10 business days. Every order is blended, bottled, labeled, and packed by a very small team (read: actual humans, not robots), so we appreciate your patience while we get everything just right.
During holidays or large launches, processing may take a little longer. Keep an eye on the announcement bar at the top of the page for the most up to date processing times.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order leaves our labs, transit times depend on the carrier and where you live.
Typical ranges look like:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 2–6 weeks (depending on customs and distance)
Weather, holidays, and customs can extend these timelines. Please don’t worry if things take a scenic route.
What if my package is delayed or stuck in customs?
Unfortunately, once a package is in transit, it’s in the hands of the carrier or customs officials.
Delays happen (especially around holidays), but most packages eventually make their way home. If something looks strange after a reasonable amount of time, contact us and we’ll investigate.
What if my package shows as “Delivered” but I don’t have it?
We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, and your local post office before reaching out to us. Mis-scans do happen. If it still hasn’t surfaced, send us a message and we’ll figure out next steps. (Evidence of carrier error helps a lot here.)
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Who is responsible for customs fees, VAT, or import taxes?
The customer is responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or handling charges required by their country. These are not included in our pricing or shipping costs, and we cannot predict or control them.
What if I refuse to pay customs fees?
If you choose not to pay customs fees, the package may be returned to us, held indefinitely, or destroyed by customs officials , and unfortunately, we have no control over which outcome occurs.
We cannot offer refunds for packages that are:
- seized by customs
- destroyed by customs
- abandoned due to unpaid fees
If the package is successfully returned to us, we can refund the product cost minus original shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable because they’ve already been used.
Can you mark my package as a gift or lower the value?
No. We must declare the correct value of all international shipments on customs forms. Marking items as gifts or undervaluing is illegal and can lead to seizure or penalties.

Do you offer wholesale?
We do! Whether you’re stocking a boutique, curating a subscription box, or sellimg retail.
Our wholesale pricing is as follows (per 10 mL unit):
10 - 19 unites :: $13 each
20 - 29 units :: $12 each
30 - 49 units :: $11 each
50+ units :: $10 each
For orders over 150 units, or for orders including larger than 10 mL sizes, please contact us.
Do you sell at conventions or events?
We do! We pop up at conventions, markets, and odd little gatherings where good smells are appreciated.

What if I want a discontinued scent?
When a scent moves into our THE MAUSOLEUM section, that means the last of our bottled stock has been claimed. However… not all stories end at the grave.
If there’s a retired fragrance you miss, we can special-make it for you through our Necromantic Rite — a ritual product that resurrects discontinued scents on demand. You choose the fallen perfume, we re-bottle it in the present. Simple. Arcane. Very fun.
